Edgbaston Kitchen Extension & Alterations

The spec: Our client contacted us asking if we could help them with their new kitchen renovation. By extending their home and installing a beautiful new kitchen

The End Result

Working with our client we installed their beautiful kitchen that uses traditional cabinets and a spacious kitchen island to give their kitchen utility and a great aesthetic look. We also extended the back of their property to ensure their kitchen has that spacious feeling, when paired with floor to ceiling windows to maximise natural light in the room and give great views of the garden.

Bungalow Extension Earlswood

The spec: The client wanted us to remove their previous garage then extend their bungalow to create 3 bedrooms with en-suites and a brand new garage to the side.

The End Result

Our clients were over the moon with this large scale renovation. We were able to create 3 spacious bedrooms each with an ensuite utilising the best utilities. The garage was completely rebuilt and updated to give the house a contemporary look. The customers were very happy with the efficiency in which this project was completed.

Total Renovation & Extensions Edgbaston

The spec: Complete renovation, large 2 story side extension, rear single story extension. Underfloor heating throughout. New bathrooms, new roof. New drive and garden walls, new patio/landscaping.

The End Result

These developments were completed within schedule adding lots of new space to the home with the large side extensions and the rear angle single story. Underfloor heating was fitted throughout the home improving the heating efficiency. A new roof was installed and the front and back gardens completely landscaped with a beautiful new drive added to the front.

Tilehouse, Dorridge

The spec: complete renovation, large 2 story side and rear extension, new large Orangery extension, new detached Garage/Games room. New Oak framed porch. New roof.

The End Result

This was a complete house renovation. This older home was transformed into a modern home while keeping its traditional values. The new roof and complete loft conversion added a new dimension to the house. There were also extensive extensions completed as well as the back garden that was landscaped, re-turfed and a new patio added.

Modernising kitchen/bathroom/downstairs toilet

Rolan and his team have renovated my bathroom, kitchen, downstairs toilet and repaired damage caused by leaks from the bath. The work is first class and the advice given by Rolan was extremely helpful in choosing designs. i would use this company for any future work and recommend them without hesitation to others looking for a reliable reasonably priced builder.

Home Refurbishment

I recently had my home refurbished including a new kitchen and bathroom and am delighted with the outcome, Rolan and his team were very professional and tidy and the personal touch he gave with ideas was great, we have our dream home.

Great Job

We had a two story extension carried out by Rolan and his team from Birmingham Building Contractors, from planning to completion we knew we had chose the right builders. We were delighted with the way they keep the job clean and tidy through out the duration of works and most importantly for us the final cost was exactly as they quoted.
